GLASSWARE
Due to the nature of glass the glassware items sold on our site cannot be replaced free of charge, and we are not responsible for any injuries to anyone, or anything from the broken glassware items as we are not in a direct or indirect control of myriad of variables customers are subjecting these items to. When you purchase any of our glassware items you are taking a full responsibility for their use and you indemnify us from any injuries caused by the use of these items.
If the glassware has arrived damaged or broken upon shipping, which is your responsibility to inspect upon arrival and determine, then you need to notify us with pictures and let us know. If determined accepted we will then replace the glassware in this case.
By purchasing and using our glassware items you agree to indemnify us from any and all loss, injuries and mishaps.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
